This is my 5th year of walking, and the it never stops to amaze me how emotional I can get. Just walking in to register, I was in tears. The mood, the people, just the whole scene, get me crying. I was bymyself, my husband could not raise enough money this year, and his out of the country - which made it worse. To top it off, a dear friend passed away, so I have to go to the funeral on Sunday - BUT - my whole heart, body and soul will be there on Saturday.

So I'm asking - are you ready D.C.?

You better be, cause here we come.....   :)
