FACEBOOK APPLICATION FOR DC PARTICIPANTS

I'm trying to add a badge to my FB page and to my typepad blog. I found the below info for FB but I cannot find the application anywhere on the DC participant page. Also, do you have a similar HTML code so I can add a badge to my blog (typepad)?

I'm also registed in DC. I have added the AWBC badge to my FB page, but this morning it wasn't there. Something must be going on. I'm going to try again later.

go to your avon walk participant center home page and scroll all the way to the bottom

Okay, so I have the FB module working but I really would love the html code so I can add it to my personal blog. Anyone know how to do that? I may be able to figure it out if I had the code. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
