In Livermore!! Looking for a walking buddy !!

Hi there!

My name is Tabitha. I just signed up for my first Avon walk and Im really excited!! I did sign up by myself so I walk hoping I would be able to find someone or a group to train/walk with? Livermore/Dublin/Pleasanton anyone out there wana walking buddy :D

Hi Tabitha!

 

My names is Lindsay and I too just signed up for my first Avon walk! And like you, I signed up solo. I am hoping I can encourage some friends or co-workers to join me but in the mean time I have begun training by myself. I live in Castro Valley so I am not far from you in Livermore. I am thinking about doing some of my training walks on the weekends along Iron Horse Trail. It would be great to have a buddy to walk with so let me know if you would like to! :)

Unfortunately I won't be able to walk tues, wed, thur evenings but I am free Monday and Friday after 5pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to set up a walk this weekend, I'll be around!! (FYI..I'll be free after noon or 1pm on Sat)

Jennifer and Tabitha:

 

My wife and I live in the Fremont area and every Sunday we walk to The Vine from our house to have brunch.  Why don't we all get together and do it?  It is a 2.5 mile walk each way.  My wife is now doing radiation and was operated on Jan 24.  You folks are not that far from us.  Our Team is Two T's for Tits.  My wife picked the name.  I will let her explain.  We only have my wife and I on our team.  Let's do it!

That sounds great when do you go though I usually work every Sunday morning but I'm free in the afternoon?

We usually leave Sunday am 9 - 9:30 and get home by 1:00 to 1:30.  If you are ever off, e-mail us @ genetroxell@sbcglobal.net.  Feel free to stay in touch.  We will have a suite at The Westin and will not be staying in the tents --- Party in our room Sat night!

BTW --- We are coming into the Westin the Friday and staying till Sunday...It is going to be a LONGGGGGGGGGG weekend!  :  )  a fun one tho!
