If you have, or you want to try it for the first time...then walking...crewing...being a part of Solo Strutters in Houston is where you need to be! Houston is like the little city that could! One of the newer cities on the Avon Walk circuit...it is a great starter city if you are walking for the first time (flat, I am told)...but a new city to see for those have of you who have been around the Avon Block a time or two! Solostrutters is a nation wide team that has crew and walkers in every city! Our goal is to raise one million dollars in 2011! You can be a part of this dream!! We do not have any additioinal rules, fees, or requirements...just a place to have fun, support, and a great walk experience!

I have been walking since 2007 and so far have walked in 5 different cities...In Santa Barbara this year...Judy, our team captain, corralled me...and asked if I would consider serving as a team captain..no thanks...saw her again...Here I am! Still and always will love you Judy!! I would love to have you...and together we can be a part of making a difference in the quest for a cure!
