Pink Walk

This past Saturday, I hosted a Lumberjax/Bulldog Pink Walk as a fundraiser. It was more successful than I ever dreamed it to be. I raised $2096 in one morning! I charged $25 for adults and $15 for students. I live in a county of less than 30,000 people so fundraising is always a challenge, to put it mildly. I tapped into the rivalry between 2 adjoining communities and had a contest to see who could recruit the most walkers. We met about 1/2 between the 2 towns, had lunch, and visited. It was great. We plan to walk again this year in New York. Right before the walk I was diagnosed with Leukemia so I understand you being overwhelmed. TAKE CARE!!!
