My friend, Donnella, was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer last year and is a survivor. My mother, however, lost her battle with breast cancer at the tender young age of 56. I walked 26.2 miles this past weekend in honor of my friend Donnella and in loving memory of my mother Anna Noriko Walterick.
