Hello everyone,

Well it is day 4 of my training to walk 39.3 miles in June. So far so good and I tell myself that I can do this. This is a healing process for all things going on in my personal and professional life. I also belive that I can pay tribute to my Late Aunt Ophelia at the same time. Hello everyone, I finally took the big step and signed up to walk in Chicago. Boy have I got my work cut out for me.

She was a very outgoing, fun and energetic person. She was the coolest of all of the adults in my family. She could really relate to the kids. She was the second oldest of five children, with five of her own. I had been in the Navy for about a year when I found out that my Aunt was suffering from Breast Cancer.
